Application and characteristics
This machine is suitable for blending and granulation of highly filled masterbatch, color masterbatch, thermoplastic elastomer, rubber-plastic modified masterbatch, blender masterbatch, special materials of wires and cables, and sheathing materials, featuring uniform dispersion and blending, good filling performance, simple process, uniform mixing, small equipment occupation area, energy conservation, and low installation and maintenance fees.
Main machine configurations
Specially designed mixing rotor with extra length for soft
shearing force on materials and brand-new continuous banbury
mixing, and achieving super-powerful filing mixing and distributing
mixing.
Combination of various rotor configurations to meet requirements of
various kinds of mixing processes of different materials. Partial
charging barrel and segmented rotor structure for convenient
materials-removing from equipment. And double step layout for
process versatility.
Mixing rotor and charging barrel is made with double alloy
manufacturing technology, fully making use of high strength of
ordinary alloyed steel and high wearing quality of hard alloy. So
the equipment is of high wearing quality and durable.
Specially designed single screw stem feeding inlet and
regulating device have thoroughly solved the problem of materials
feeding with the single screw stem.
The auxiliary machine features multiple menu-type
combination configurations, satisfying demands of different users.
Intelligent computer control system realizes perfect
interlock control and efficient and safe production.
